LR Hub Terms of Service

LR Hub is an internal platform operated by LR partners ApS (CVR 44489791, Denmark) for booking and tracking B2B sales meetings. It is used by LR Partners staff and, through a client portal and calendar integration, by the client companies LR Partners works for. LR Hub is not offered to the general public.

Access is by invitation only. Staff accounts are governed by the person's employment or contractor agreement with LR Partners. Client accounts and calendar connections are governed by the service agreement between LR Partners and the client. By signing in or connecting a calendar you confirm that you are authorised by your organisation to do so.

Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and you must not enter special categories of personal data (such as health or political opinions) in notes.

You must not:

• access or attempt to access data of clients you are not assigned to;
• use LR Hub, its dialer or its data for purposes other than the sales work agreed with LR Partners;
• scrape, export or share data from LR Hub outside your organisation without authorisation;
• probe, disrupt or circumvent LR Hub's security or rate limits.

Connecting a Google or Microsoft 365 calendar is optional. The permissions we request and how we use them are described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time, and your organisation's IT administrators may revoke the connection centrally. LR Partners uses the integration only to book, update and cancel meetings on your behalf and to check availability.

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. Where LR Partners processes personal data on a client's behalf, the data processing agreement between LR Partners and that client applies and takes precedence over these terms.

We aim to keep LR Hub available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and we may suspend an account that breaches these terms or poses a security risk. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms inside LR Hub.

LR Hub, its design and its code belong to LR partners ApS. Data entered by a client remains the client's. Data about prospects gathered by LR Partners is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the applicable service agreement.

LR Hub is provided as part of LR Partners' services under the applicable service or employment agreement, which governs liability between the parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.
